Welcome to my new website and business. I am Marc Blunden, and I was born and raised in Sussex, England. It wasn’t until my early teens that I discovered California, and I was immediately hooked! I was fortunate to make and visit friends in Orange County many times during my teenage- and early adult years.
After graduating from the University of Brighton, UK in 2008, I was offered a permanent position as lecturer in finance at Brighton Business School. That was fortunate given the unravelling of the US housing market and global financial system at that time. Several years, and many airmiles later, I was blessed with an opportunity to spend more time in California and ultimately was able to move here permanently in 2016.
Since then, I have enjoyed living in Laguna Beach, Aliso Viejo and now Mission Viejo. I worked in Laguna Hills and Irvine for several years as the vice president of a mortgage custody and title curative firm where I learned a lot about real estate finance and title issues. I have owned and operated a successful Airbnb in Green Valley Lake, California and have purchased and remodeled properties in Lone Pine, California, and Irving, Texas!
After a scorching year in Texas working for a mortgage fund, I am back home in Orange County, living in Mission Viejo with my two dogs, Peter and Bently. I’m excited and blessed to be on this new chapter, owning and operating my own real estate and notary services business, which is a great challenge.
My business goal is to help as many people as possible on their real estate journeys. In addition to helping families buy and sell homes, my company provides mobile notary and loan signing services. We provide excellent client service and look forward to having the opportunity to work with you soon.
We are blessed to live in such a beautiful part of the world, and I am excited to be working all over Orange County, including Mission Viejo, Aliso Viejo, Laguna Woods, Laguna Hills, Laguna Niguel, and Laguna Beach.
